Context

Mariana is a doctor and vlogger. She uses her YouTube channel and social networks to promote her products: an e-book of healthy recipes and a series of nutritional supplements under the Lebcell brand. Wishing to improve her online image and grow her audience, she asked Mila Branders’ help to conduct an analysis of her activities and devise a new personal branding strategy.

Brand strategy

Mariana asked our help to solidifie her personal brand and define the main differentiating atributos both in terms of messages and personality.

In addition, we established a promotional strategy, opening new monetisation options through affiliated marketing, collaborations and contributions in relevant podcasts.

In the first couple months of Dra Mariana applying this new strategy, she’s doubled the number of her followers and then continued to steadily grow her brand and community on Youtube, Facebook and Instagram.

Visual identity

Based on her previous research and Analysis, we established a consolidated visual identity. We updated the logo, created a digital playbook for all communication on social media, and proposed new typologies of contents to increase brand equity.
